In the unfortunate situation that a shortage is incurred, please do the following:
- After rechecking contents from the shipment, call InnStyle immediately to advise your customer sales representative about the shortage incurred. Our phone number is 1-800-877-4667. If your call is made after business hours -- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST Mondays through Fridays, please leave a message in our General voice mail. Please also send and email to your sales representative to advise about the shortage. If you do not know the email address, you may send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to leave a contact phone to follow back up with you.
- Retain all shipping packages / boxes that are related to the shipment of your order as they will be needed for inspection by delivery carrier.
- If possible, please email pictures of each box from the shipment.
- Your InnStyle sales representative will then contact the delivering carrier to report your shortage to initiate a claim investigation. You should expect a call from the delivering carrier during the course of their investigation.
- InnStyle will work to expedite a replacement shipment of the shortage at no additional charge to the customer.
