Create a soothing island oasis with Barbados Sand bedding. This bedding features life-like renderings of graceful palm trees and scatters of other tropical foliage. The abundance of calming greens and shades of brown on a cream background make for a relaxing getaway in any bedroom. Palm trees have been incorporated into American décor since the 17th and 18th centuries, when Barbados was a point of cultural and economic diffusion for the New World. This particular design is taken from a quilt in the collections of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Oversized quilt and filling 100% cotton. All-over pattern. Channel-quilted with scalloped edge. Quilt reverses to basket weave pattern. Euro sham, drapes, and dust ruffle are coordinating basket weave fabric. Machine wash. Polyfill pillows.
